Jonathan Phang grew up in a hectic Chinese/Caribbean household in London that was always packed with waifs and strays as well as the wonderful, rich smells of the next delicious meal. Jonathan Phang has worked in the fashion industry for over two decades, and features regularly on TV. He owns and runs one of the industry's leading hair and make-up agencies, producing glossy photo shoots for a wide range of advertising and PR clients. As well as his fashion credentials, Jonathan has a long standing passion for food and cooking. He is currently filming a TV show, Carribbean Hunger Phangs, for The Good Food Channel based on his Caribbean recipes. He lives in London.
