She has worked for a range of leading food publications in Australia such as Australian Gourmet Traveller, VOGUE Entertaining + Travel, Australian Good Taste, The Australian Women's Weekly, and Good Food, and has a significant profile in radio and television as a food expert. Anneka has written several successful, award-winning books, with her publications including Mastering the Art of Baking; she also writes regularly for a number of print and online publications including her fortnightly 'Bakeproof' column for SBS Food, a 'Family Baking' column for GI News, and her 'Make + Bake' column for Checks and Spots.
