Incorrect, damaged or faulty items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund (including postage costs).

Some of our discounted stock is "remaindered" or "marked" by the publishers. The publishers do this by placing a black stripe on the base of the book. We have attempted to display this to online customers by listing "REMAINDER" in the description of the book. We cannot accept returns because a book is marked by the publisher. If for some reason a book isn't listed as REMAINDER, we will advise the customer before processing the order.
